We are a small family owned company, and are looking for someone who has extensive experience with general service & maintenance and remodeling. I have several large jobs coming up with a well known local commercial company, and I need someone I can depend on to work unsupervised, and get the job done in a timely fashion. 

 

You must:

- HAVE EXPERIENCE - 3 YEARS MINIMUM

- Be Dependable

- Be Honest

- Take pride in your work

- Follow work orders as directed

- Have a working knowledge of tiling, framing, all areas of general maintenance, etc.

- Know how to use most tools

- Follow safety procedures

- Speak fluent english

- Have a dependable vehicle 

- Have a professional appearance 

- Have no visible tattoos

- No drugs/alcohol

 

There will be an enforced dress code: polo shirt, nice jeans - no holes. 

 

Smoking is not permitted on the job site. If this would be a problem for you, do not apply. 

 

Pay will be based on proven skill level.
