We are a small company of about 50 employees located in the mountains of Westen N.C. about 30 miles south east of the Great Smokey Mountain National Park.

    Our main business is the growing, processing, and transporting of fresh rainbow trout to markets up and down the east coast of the U.S.

    We have farms of our own as well as buy live fish from other independent farmers.  When the trout reach harvest size they are truck transported to our processing plant where they are processed into several different cuts at the buyers request.  The fish are then packed in ice and truck transported to market.   Most markets recieve fresh fish twice per week. 

     All of the fish scrap from the processing is then converted into a liquid organic fertilizer which is sold to mosly large organic farmers in Florida and the Mid West.
