The Bureau of Medical Economics (BME) is a licensed collection agency exclusively serving healthcare providers and has been providing solutions for patient accounts since 1951.  Owned by the Maricopa County Medical Society, the BME is the only physician owned and operated collection agency in the State of Arizona.
