Responsibilities

• Communicate with dispatch

• Operate heavy trucks

• Perform inspection of the vehicle

• Record travel information in load book or on-board computer

• Transport goods and materials over varying routes

• Driver must be able to drive between 2,400 to 3,000 miles weekly

 

Qualifications

• Air brakes endorsement program completed 

• Class A CDL driver's license

• 2 years of verifiable regional or OTR experience

• Hazmat endorsement

• Combination vehicle

• Clean MVR

 

Skills

• Basic computer skills

• Capable of being self-reliant

• Customer-oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Exhibits patience

• Experience in load balancing

 

Compensation

$52,000-70,000 per year
