Telemarketers / Collections Representatives

Job Description:
Growing company in Glendale with career advancement opportunity is looking for professional, responsible and hardworking individuals who want a real opportunity to continue or make a new career. Candidates with collections, telemarketing, or sale experience is a plus but not required.

Employees will:

1. Work off a provided database of customers who either have a payment approaching or one that is delinquent.

2. Arrange new payment plans for those with past due accounts, simplifying the process and perhaps helping them to avoid late fees or further actions.

3. Verify account information and take credit card payments over the phone in the event that a customer is prepared to pay.

4. Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.

Skills:
•Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.

•Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field is a plus
