Customer Service / Assistant Manager Self-Storage, Valencia, CA

Looking for a part-time relief manager/maintenance person for a fairly new self-storage facility in the heart of Valencia. Currently offering two shifts per week on Sunday and Monday.

The facility is in good condition, needing a few repairs here and there, but more importantly it needs an experienced, outgoing, highly motivated, sales-savvy assistant to help the facility managers increase occupancy and income.

Easy selling features of the facility include: automated gate access, individual door alarms, all ground level units, wide drive aisles, 24 hour video surveillance, resident managers, availability of climate controlled and drive-up units, moving truck, packing supplies and more.

Duties include: fielding incoming sales calls, store-level marketing, showing/renting/cleaning units, complete new rental paperwork, work with Quikstor software for tenant data, receive and process payments, selling merchandise, administrative tasks and facility maintenance. Applicants should be able to handle minor repairs. Applicants must have a valid driver's license & proof of insurance as some off-site driving is required.

Discretionary bonuses based on annual facility performance, and commission incentives based on insurance and merchandise sales.
