Position Information
Pickup and deliver refrigerated freight in 48 states, with a heavy concentration in the Midwest, East and South
General Duties:
Operate tractor-trailer combination
Perform Daily Pre trip and safety inspections on equipment
Hook/Unhook trailers
Verify and complete required documentation and reports
Maintain accurate daily logs
Communicate with dispatch as required
Demonstrate excellent customer service
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required
Average 5.5 days on the road and 1.5 days at home weekly

Qualifications:
Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
Must possess two (2) years of recent verifiable experience which can include military experience
Must possess acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards
Must be at least 23 years old
Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carriers (FMC) regulations
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, bend, twist, squat, climb in and out of truck
Ability to follow instructions and complete regular training
Ability to work independently
Owner operators -- Tractors must be in above average condition and have the ability to pass a Federal DOT vehicle inspection.
Pay: Out average Company Driver, since the begining of 2013 has made 52.1 CPM (including bonuses) and has driven 2258 MPW
In 2013, so far, our Owner Operators have averaged
