We are a family owned funeral home with 3 locations in the twin cities metro area, and 1 location in northern Minnesota.  Our call volume has exceeded our ability to answer all of our incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff person. 

Our funeral home specializes in cremation, which is now chosen by over 50% of Minnesotans.  Most phone calls that we get, are forwarded to administrative staff.  Some calls are by people wanting more information on cremation or funeral planning.  Most of those questions are easy to answer after spending a little time listening to our staff answer them now, and in the event that someone doesn't know the answer, there is a list of common questions, or the caller can be placed on hold while we find the next available funeral director who can answer the question.

We are in the process of remodeling an office building in Edina, MN, and are wanting to staff it with qualified veterans, that will be the first line of defense to answer incoming calls.  The answering office would be in a separate location from the funeral home.  The positions will all be full time positions and will include some nights and weekends.
