COMPUTER OPERATOR II – SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED The Computer Operator II processes scheduled routines that present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequent or easily resolved error conditions). In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, this worker applies standard operating or corrective procedure, refers problems that do not respond to preplanned procedure, and may serve as an assistant operator, working under general supervision.   The CO2’s will need to have a secret clearance along with either an A+, SEC+, NET+. We can use a CO1 but they must have a secret clearance and willing to get their certificates above   Clarification of Duties on the NGEN Contract (duties that fall into this category that are not clearly outlined by the DOL as APPROVED by DOL, Legal and HR):                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 -          Computer Work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    While not always the main function of a Computer Operator II, a good portion of the tasks an Operator II will complete, involve computer work. These duties may include:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            o    May send emails and reports in relation to employees that may be assigned to their areas of operations. This may include timesheets, requests for leave, safety reports, etc.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       o    May Use Microsoft Office (Or equivalent software applications) to review, modify, distribute and complete reports and schedules as needed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           o    May install/uninstall software applications on computers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      o    May diagnosis basic computer related issues, reporting problems to their supervisor for action items needed to correct problems.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                o    May do basic computer related software repairs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       o    May do basic computer related peripheral installation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            o    May assist manager in enterprise related reports and corresponding emails as needed. direction to employees VIA email.                                                                                                      o    Complete Inventory Research at the request of the KBRWyle Manager.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  o    Complete all required DELTEK operations (Time and expense recording) in accordance to all KBRWyle policies and procedures.                                                                                                                    o    Complete all Learning Management System (LMS) requirements as set by KBRWyle                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              o    Complete all Computer guided orientation as required on the NGEN contract (Active shooter training, PII training, ETC).                                                                                                                    o    Perform any other Manager assigned computer work in relation to the NGEN                                                                                                                                                                              -          Warehouse Work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               The Computer Operator II is a part of the normal warehouse team and as such will adhere to all safety and security policies for warehouse operations and assist in warehouse activities as needed including:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          o    Computer Operator II’s report directly to either their assigned Material Coordinator or KBRWyle Manager.  Employees DO NOT report directly to/nor take direction from the customer. As such, before performing any duties assigned to them by the customer or anyone other than their KBRWyle Manager, they will get clarification and confirmation accordingly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    o    Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     o    Perform Physical and Systematic Inventory of the customer’s equipment as needed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           o    Provide direction and guidance to team members accordingly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            o    Ensure all team members assigned to their project/area/team, are compliant with job requirements, KBRWyle safety and security policies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   o    Reports any problems, concerns , ideas and questions to the KBRWyle Manager for direction, clarification or resolution.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             o    Pull Equipment from inventory, preparing it for shipment as needed (both local shipments VIA KBRWyle trucks, and other shipments using customer approved venders).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                o    Place equipment in assigned areas, locations, bins, shelves, racks, etc as directed by Material Coordinator or Manager also Transfer of equipment between locations (and/or Buildings if required) forklifts, powered handcarts, hand trucks, dollies, etc. Mechanicsburg, PA Work Description for Computer Operator I: Allowed Duties as per Department of Labor (DOL): 14040 COMPUTER OPERATOR (Occupational Base) The Computer Operator monitors and operates the control console of either a mainframe digital computer or a group of minicomputers, in accordance with operating instructions, to process data. Work is characterized by the following: Studies operating instructions to determine equipment setup needed. Loads equipment with required items (tapes, cards, paper, etc.). Switches necessary auxiliary equipment into system; Diagnoses and corrects equipment malfunctions; Reviews error messages and makes corrections during operation or refers problems; Maintains operating record.   This operator may test run new or modified programs and assists in modifying systems or programs. Included within the scope of this definition are fully qualified Computer Operators, trainees working to become fully qualified operators, and lead operators providing technical assistance to lower level positions. 14041 COMPUTER OPERATOR I The Computer Operator I works under close personal supervision and is provided detailed written or oral guidance before and during assignments. MOTOR VEHICLE MECHANIC The Motor Vehicle Mechanic repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks or tractors. Work involves most of the following: Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required; replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, or other engine parts; grinding and adjusting valves; rebuilding carburetors; overhauling transmissions; and repairing fuel injection, lighting, and ignition systems. Pipe Welder   MUST HAVE US PASSPORT MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET OR INTERIM CLEARANCE IN JPAS Assembles, installs and maintains pipes for various systems and projects. Complete welds on pipes by following strict standards and procedures, along with ensuring that hangers, valves and support structures are properly installed and maintained.   Position is located in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living conditions, which may include carrying and wearing required personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employees will be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).  Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions. Requires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.   Must have American Welding Society (AWS) certification or equivalent.  Must have background in Pipe Pressure welding- candidate must pass a welding test that includes  Test using 2 inch XX Strong pipe with the Gas Tungsten‐Arc Weld process, the Shielded Metal‐ Arc Weld process and/or a combination of these processes per Fluor Welding Procedure Specification WPS 1‐1‐BA‐1.  Test using 3/8 inch plate with backing in 3 positions using the Shielded Metal Arc Weld process per Fluor Welding Procedure Specification WPS 1‐1‐A‐2.  Coupons are cut, prepared and bent for evaluation per ASME IX. High school diploma / GED equivalent preferred. A minimum of 42 months verifiable, directly related work experience
