Valley County Government-  normal county government functions to include a public health department.      

Located in Northeast Montana and borders Canada and 100 miles from  North Dakota.  South county boundary is Fort Peck Lake which has more coastline then the state of Florida.  County has 7,000 people living on 5,000 square miles with town of Glasgow being hub at 3,500 people.  Very proud of county employees who have great spirit of hard work and cooperation and get the job done.   County of excellent schools, ag based economy, excellent hospital, good fishing and hunting, and friendly caring people.   Fort Peck Theater, Children's Museum, County Mueseum, active organizations, Milk and Missoiuri Rivers, Valley County Events Center, and Fairgrounds are positives for the county.
