Our company specializes in helping people with credit challenges realize the American Dream of home ownership. We do this by qualifying home buyers based on their income rather than their credit score. 

Almost 90% of the people cannot qualify for home mortgages due to some issue with their credit. Many of these people have strong incomes but have been hurt by the poor economy during the last five years. Maybe they suffered a job loss, got caught in an underwater mortgage, had health problems, a divorce or death in the family. They are good people that work hard and try to follow the rules but are being victimized by the current credit based lending system.
