Master Halco is seeking an experienced sales professional to service the Fresno, CA area as a Territory Manager. We are the provider of choice for thousands of professional fence and security contractors and quality building material retailers. Since 1961, we have been the industries' premier fencing provider.
Responsibilities
To aggressively grow our business through market share gains. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: territory management, territory growth, territory travel requirements in excess of 50% of the time. Customer service, the ability to build relationships and develop new business through face-to-face interaction with our existing customer base as well as new customer prospects.
Interested candidates must have a “Winning" attitude, should be goal oriented, with excellent communications skills, good business acumen and a strong desire to succeed. Applicants should also be a quick learner, reliable, efficient, strong closer, and a team player. Bilingual, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications
· Proven track record in outside, direct construction/industrial supply sales (minimum of 3 years).
· Minimum 2 years college or associate degree (BA/BS preferred.)
· Experience in handling upwards of 250 account customer base.
· Strong communication skills, basic math skills.
· Working knowledge of time/territory management, professional selling skills.
· Willing to travel up to 50%.
· Valid driver’s license, proof of insurability.
· Experience selling home centers/hardware stores a plus.
· Strong in Word, Power Point and Excel
