Job description

Work with owner and assistant to efficiently execute, diagnose, and repair outboard motors of all makes and models.
Look up and retrieve parts as they apply to the job
Operate and dock boats safely
Operate shop equipment to maneuver boats in yard


Job requirements

Must have tools, drivers license, and transportation to and from work
Must have experience performing outboard repair
Must have experience rigging and wiring boats
Must be willing to learn new technology and new repair techniques
Must work well with others


Plus

Technical school training
Experience with Honda outboard motors
Experience working on all make and model outboard motors
Years in the field
Factory certifications
Fast and efficient diagnostic ability
Good people skills
