Trainer of a multifunctional Combat Sustainment Supply organization which provides transportation, supply, maintenance and other service asset. Manage RESET program for regenerating company weapons, communications, and NBC equipment; as liaison for the systems managers, tracks major system and product improvement deployments throughout the logistics chain of the organization from early notification through final disposition ensuring adequate logistics support and proper certification in Materiel Release Review Board (MRRB) deliberations; provides technical and tactical oversight to maintenance (Direct Support), Heavy Equipment Transportation (HET), and facilitates training resulting in organizational readiness, leader development, accountability, safety, retention, health, morale and welfare for entire organization. Informed, clarified and explained regulatory and policy changes and recurring errors observed during contract review. Made recommendations to higher headquarters for deviations from regulations and revision of procedures. Directed the training of technical personnel to improve acquisition practices. Developed, managed and facilitated training, as necessary, for various acquisition and business process related matters. Worked alone, and as a team member performing research and formulating mid and long range plans, policies and directives, and studies on procedural and factual aspects of logistics support and other related matters necessary to provide maximum utilization of Army resources.

-Maintained 95% operational readiness of the unit equipment valued at over $20,000,000
-Formulated Significant Action Reports for commands forward and rear increasing effectiveness of oversight and deployability for the entire organization.
