Reef Points is a real estate advisory services firm focused on Managing and Restructuring Distressed Assets, Acquisition and Portfolio Management, and Equity/Debt Restructuring.  Our principals, and those who support them, have advised owners and investors of office, multi-family, hotels and retail located throughout the United States and abroad.  Our clients are both public and private firms that benefit from RPC’s vast range of expertise to assist them in identifying goals and achieving optimum performance and benefit from their real assets.  Our principal focus since 1999 has been repositioning distressed assets.  We have planned and executed strategies that resulted in our clients realizing profits on their initial investments in situations that otherwise would have resulted in loss of equity, foreclosure or bankruptcy.  RPC’s goal is to ensure client satisfaction by developing new strategies that will enable success in this unprecedented environment.

We have provided services in NYC, DC, Southern California, Texas, New Orleans, Detroit, St Louis and Germany.  To date we have provided advisory services and completed transactions in excess of $650 million for assets valued greater than $3 billion.
