In the Fall of 2013, we will open downtown Madison's most exciting new hotel. The hotel site is centrally located in the heart of downtown Madison adjacent to the University of Wisconsin campus and within a few blocks of the Wisconsin State Capitol and the Kohl Center, home to the University of Wisconsin’s men’s and women’s basketball and hockey teams, and within minutes of the five major hospitals in the downtown area. State Street, a pedestrian mall known for its eclectic shops and restaurants connecting the Capitol to the University, is also just a short walk from the hotel.
