OUTREACH & ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST
The Specialist will provide education and information for uninsured and under-insured patients of Central Counties Health Centers and residents of Springfield and the surrounding area not enrolled in any health care program. NOTE: This is a one year assignment through June 30, 2014.
Must have an excellent work ethic and be able to commit to the primary goal of increasing health insurance coverage and access to quality primary health, dental, and behavioral health care for community residents.
