The Dixie Fish Company, opening this fall on Hwy 280 in Birmingham, is now accepting resumes and applications for all positions. The concept is owned by Fern Street Enterprises and features Southern Gulf Coast Seafood dishes prepared by Chef Gregg Collier formerly of Red Fish Grill and Bayona in New Orleans. The Dixie Fish Company will be a fun, exciting and fast paced workplace where great dishes made with local ingredients are served with Southern Style and Hospitality.
