We are seeking a Remote Support Engineer to perform remote end-user technical support and remote network administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our clients from within our Remote Support helpdesk team. Our Remote Support Engineers are part of our dedicated Remote Support team working in our Encino office with a role split between being highly customer service driven as well as needing to have significant technical chops. The successful candidate will have the ability to perform troubleshooting, problem solving, and desktop and server helpdesk support tasks as well as ongoing network maintenance and administration. Our onsite consulting teams are small groups led by seasoned Technical Account Managers who have the experience (both in professional consulting skills as well as with the technical skills) needed to ensure success for themselves, their team members, FPA, and our clients. Our Remote Support team supports our onsite teams by remotely supporting the end users of our clients.
