Associate Regional Sales Manager

As an Associate Regional Sales Manager you will be placed in a 18-24 month management trainee program based in Jacksonville, Florida. During that time you will participate in numerous learning activities including: rotations in the Home Office administrative departments, joint field sales work with experienced field managers and participating in employee benefit enrollments and recruiting presentations. Candidates that successfully complete the management development program will be placed in their first Regional Sales Manager assignment. This position has a high degree of upward mobility.
