P/T Maintenance Tech/Caretaker – New Prague

Property Management company is seeking a part time maintenance tech for our 48 unit property located in New Prague and 18 unit property in Faribault.  Experience in the apartment industry is a plus.  Must have plumbing & electrical experience, own vehicle and tools. 16+ hours perweek. This position will be on call as well.  Duties include but limited to: plumbing and electrical issues, turn over maintenance, caretaking of the property preventative maintenance and other duties as needed.
