Diversified Thermal Services, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Owner Craig Steinmetz, specializing in the service and construction sectors of the Commercial and Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration industries.  Over the 23 year existence and growth of Diversified Thermal, we have extended our expertise into the Building Automation and Hydrocarbon Vapor Recovery industries, making Diversified Thermal a unique all-encompassing mechanical contractor.

Our management team is comprised of the most innovative and mechanical minds in the industry developed through each individual’s extensive hands on, in-field mechanical work, giving them the valuable and relevant industry knowledge and insight required to serve our customer base.
