• The initial phase of this program is called the “Reserve Agent" phase. During this period, Farmers® provides between 4-12 months of training before you are converted into an independent contractor.
• During this time you will also be working directly with the District Manager to learn effective marketing strategies for the products we offer. Farmers® will provide all the knowledge, training, and support that is necessary for you to be successful as an agent.
• The final step in the training program is called the “Career Agent" phase. At this point, you are an Independent Contractor of Farmers Insurance, in business for yourself but, of course, not by yourself. During this phase, there is available financial compensation as well as continued support from all District Staff and fellow Farmers® Agents.
