We are accepting applications for a full-time in home applince technician. Our technicians diagnose and repair all kitchen and laundry appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, freezers, and garbage disposals. As a technician you will be provided training, a service van, specialized tools, and uniforms. Hours are Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
A technocian should be able to:
-Problem solve
-Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
-Keep a clean, organized truck.
-Ability to receive truck stock at home and maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
-Follow the truck maintenance schedule
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures
-Perform miscellaneous duties as needed (i.e. rotating Saturdays if required)
EDUCATION, TESTING AND CERTIFICATION:
-Preferred Minimum Education High School / GED (but not necessary)
-Refrigeration certification preferred, but not required (must acquire within 30 days of completion of training)
-Technical or mechanical background a necessity
Must be over 21 years old and have clean driving record.
Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
COMPENSATION:
-Paid on-the-job training
-Hourly raise/bonus/commission (determined based on skill level reviews observed during OJT trial period)
-No night calls
-Paid time off after 1 year (Vacation & Sick days)

-Experience preferred 1+ to 2 Years but not required
