donahue IDEAS is an Ohio-based civil engineering firm that provides services in planning, research, design, construction administration assistance and asset management for utilities and natural resources – mainly water treatment, wastewater treatment, storm water and water resources.  The company has four offices in Ohio:  Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Bladensburg.
