- HVAC Mechanical Journeyman LIMITED or UNLIMITED license

- OK Drivers license / good driving record

- Self-motivated and willing learn each day

- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, squatting and standing periodically for short or long periods of time.

- Good speaking skills

- Pass 10 panel drug screening and background check
