Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions provides a mobile on-site service for the micro-filtration of cooking oil, the vacuum-based cleaning of deep fryers, and full fryer management to restaurants, hotels, airports... in fact, wherever food is fried. Company location is Naperville with a service area in City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Position Information:

This role requires a dependable, hard-working individual with good people skills. The key responsibilities and important skills/capabilities for this position are shown below. We provide the required training to operate the equipment and perform the FiltaFry Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in, and successfully complete entire training process and demonstrate required proficiency
• Conduct Customer Demonstrations of the service
• Efficiently and consistently perform all aspects of the FiltaFry service for customers according to the proper procedures
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service (be polite, professional and friendly to customers, respond to questions or concerns appropriately, and ensure clean up after our work)
• Utilize provided safety equipment and exercise good safety practices at all times
• Use equipment correctly and perform required maintenance (daily & weekly)
• Keep track of supplies and parts in the van and request re-orders, as appropriate
• Follow the provided schedule each week and be timely for appointments
• Correctly complete and submit time cards, operator weekly reports, service receipts, condition reports and other records as directed with care and complete integrity
• Operate the Service Van according to all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any issues with Service Van or equipment immediately

• Able to safely lift 50 lbs and do moderate levels of physical exertion
• Can interact with customers in a professional manner
