THT employees are held to the highest of standards to ensure our customers honest, ethical and quality service. These standards have allowed us to recruit a professional staff of drivers with an average of 15 years experience. Upon being hired, all drivers, no matter how much experience, must go through our intensive driver orientation training program, which includes such subjects as Hazardous Material Training, driver wellness, driver fatigue, Smith System Defensive Driving, emergency response, spill containment and a review of all of our customer internal and plant requirements, and S.H.E. programs. THT drivers also undergo ongoing safety and emergency response training.

Our professionally maintained equipment consists of late model customized tractors equipped with both pump and air compressor to effectively and efficiently offload all products, and a fleet of MC-407 Stainless Steel Tank Trailers, Insulated, Non-Insulated and Multi-Compartment trailers, as well as specialized bleach and acid trailers. THT dispatch and drivers follow a strict Vehicle Maintenance Program that includes daily, monthly preventative maintenance and annual DOT and Federal tank trailer inspections. THT's fleet continues to expand to meet our customers needs.
