Great opportunity for General Maintenance in the Fort Lauderdale area. Person must be meticulous and detail-orientated in the areas of plastering, sanding, caulking and painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Air conditioning, ground keeping, and light construction. Also person must be extremely organized and clean when working. If you do not consider yourself extremely organized and clean when working please do not apply.

This job includes, but is not limited to: General Maintenance, sanding, caulking and painting any other skills like basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Depending on the needs of the residential site, may perform the following: Custodial work, including cleaning all common areas (floors, windows, office, laundry room, trash room, Pool etc). Duties may also include, but not limited to, picking up supplies as needed, etc.

Requirements
Candidate must have the following skills and willing to:


Must be able to do heavy lifting (50 LBS)
Must have excellent handy man skills
Must be dependable and flexible
Must be able to work diligently while unsupervised
Most importantly
Must be Detail orientated and very clean
 

HVAC certification and EPA is a PLUS
Tuesday-Saturday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
