Part Time Account Manager for Nassau County (Long Island) ($19.00 per hour)
Working knowledge of Security Business
(Military/Retired Law Enforcement)
Must possess updated NYS Security Guard License
Manage schedules daily to ensure adequate guard coverage while controlling overtime
Conduct in-service,interview and initial new hire training
Flexible hours but willing to be on call and available 24/7
Interpersonal Skills - know how to deal with clients and security officers on a professional level.
Respond to and resolve complaints and employee issues.
Computer, written and good communication skills.
Sales experience a plus
