The Credit, Billing and Customer Service Manager is responsible for granting credit, collecting, applying and reporting accounts receivable, contract administration and overseeing the Billing, Cash Application and Customer Service functions. Job Summary/General Purpose:  As a member of the Management Team at Sprague’s Seacoast Terminals, the Supervisor of Maintenance and Material Handling will have dual responsibilities to include technical proficiency and leadership abilities. Overseeing a group of approximately 16 terminal operators, the Supervisor will be responsible for running an efficient, safe and environmentally sound day to day maintenance/material handling operation. Ideal candidates will have experience leading a team to include daily tasks, scheduling, and performance management all while leading by example. The Supervisor will work in line with the management team to schedule and maintain equipment and bulk material handling operations while reporting to the Assistant Terminal Manager. Major Duties / Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and direct terminal employees to perform all maintenance functions in a safe and efficient manner while in compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Manage personnel scheduling to complete all required work. Evaluate the performance of direct reports and provide feedback and development goals and objectives. Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Ensure the equipment on the frac site is filled in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow all internal and external policies and procedures. Willingness to get on top of trucks to complete deliveries. *All other duties as assigned. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work rotating, day, night and weekend shifts. Ability to work in town or travel out of town. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Be team oriented, internal and external customer focused. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop and squat for extended periods of time. Willingness to work in hot and cold temperatures. Ability to drag fuel hose in and around equipment, and complete fuel filling during normal equipment operating conditions during day, night and various weather conditions.    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on ladders and walk on elevated surfaces.      Licensure/Certification:  PEC Safeland Ability to complete/pass a background check, MVR, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and physical capabilities testing. This role works closely with functional requirements, as prepared by IT Business Analysts, to design, code, test and implement information systems in support of Sprague’s business operations. Major Duties / Responsibilities: • Technical design • Integration testing • Database design in consultation with DBA • Coding • Technical documentation • Support - Problem identification & Bug fix • Unit testing • Conversion • Work as a member of a team composed of users, analysts, developers, project managers and infrastructure personnel to design cost effective technology solutions in support of functional business requirements. • Several systems in use at Sprague involve packaged vendor solutions requiring the following tasks: Test and deploy new releases into production, develop integration and interface routines, server/client configuration and report writing. • Assist management and the user community in the evaluation of all proposed vendor software packages. Specific Developer Skills: • C# / .NET skills – requires a minimum of 4 years experience in developing customer facing (B2B), scalable, secure web applications (J2EE, ASP or similar technologies); including minimum 3 years using Microsoft .NET technology (ASP.NET, XML Web Services, C#); MS Certification or similar experience required. Knowledge of Angular, GitHub, OOP, UDDI/ WSDL, JSON, MVC, Entity Framework, HTML5, HTTP industry standards. XML & SOAP required. Minimum 3 years experience with SQL triggers and stored procedure development (MS SQL Server preferred). General Job Duties • Deliver petroleum products from location to location via heavy commercial vehicle • Loading petroleum products onto the vehicle (may involve climbing ladders, walking on top of a vehicle and moving oil chutes). • Off loading petroleum products at customer locations (may require same skills as mentioned above and/or carrying/pulling a hose). • Reconciling truck shipping and loading documents including DOT documents (i.e timesheets and pre-trip inspection sheets).
