Lawn Care Technician (South Windsor, CT)

LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN (fertilization and weed control)

This is NOT a lawn mowing position, we do lawn fertilization.

South Windsor Lawn Care Company is rapidly growing and seeking a lawn care provider in the Hartford, CT region. We are looking for Lawn Care Technicians with exceptional customer service skills to join our expanding team. This position is responsible for servicing residential and commercial customers providing proper turf treatments, diagnostics reports, along with the highest quality customer service in the industry. We put our employees first and in return expect our employees to put our customers first. Personalized and Professional lawn care is our motto.

Qualifications Must have a pesticide license or be willing and able to become certified to apply pesticides immediately. Ability to work in a goal oriented environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be punctual and manage time effectively. Must possess a valid driver's license. Able and willing to work in various weather conditions.

Starting pay is $13.50/hour with an increase up to $14.50/hour after 90 days with review. Healthcare after 90 days. You would be eligible for another .50/hour, 90 days after original review.
