Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC) is the state primary care association that represents and supports the largest network of primary health care providers in the Commonwealth. Our network of health centers includes Community Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC Look-Alikes, Rural Health Clinics and other like-mission providers serving more than 600,000 people at more than 200 sites in underserved areas throughout the Commonwealth.
