Family Health Services of Erie County(FHSEC) is an FQHC Look Alike community health center.  We are a family practice only heatlh center with one(1) full-time provider.  Specialty care is referred out to community physicians.  We provide all of our services based on a sliding fee scale.  FHSEC collaborates with Firelands Regional Medical Center's Residency program in which 12 medical residents are providers of the healthcare services at our site as well.  We have 11 exam rooms on our medical floor.
