Requirements for a CSR:
Reports to: Client Relations Manager
In your position as Client Service Representative ("CSR") for Clean Uniforms and More! (the "Company"), you are being compensated to execute the primary responsibilities outlined below. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following points and may be revisited and adjusted as the Company moves forward in its operating procedures.
Summary: Drive a Company vehicle over an established route/geographic area to deliver products and render services to the Company's clients and prospective clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Adhere to the Company's Monday through Friday work week schedule.
 Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
 At all times possess a valid driver's license and DOT card; maintain a clean driving record.
 Deliver clean Company items to the Company's clients' places of business and pick up soiled items.
 Handle, reach, walk, climb, and kneel; regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
 Inform current clients of new products and/or services available. Write client orders for additional products and services.
 Record account changes on client invoices; obtain client signatures upon delivery.
 Listen to, identify and resolve service complaints in a timely manner; respond to client needs within 24 hours.
 Adhere to the Company's email and voicemail response policy.
 Collect accounts receivable.
 Retain the Company's client base.
 Load and unload the Company vehicle daily; maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
 Complete a daily VCR inspection report; document all vehicle defects on the report.
 Observe safety and security procedures; immediately report potentially unsafe conditions. Use Company equipment and materials properly.
 Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently.
 Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
 Call on prospective clients to solicit new business; complete and document eight (8) cold calls per week. (If you do not have experience cold calling, WE WILL TEACH YOU! You must be willing to learn!)
o Minimum New Business goals:
Weekly: $ 12.50
Quarterly: $162.50
Annually: $650.00
 Obtain management approval for all proposed business that does not adhere to the Company's established guidelines.
 Write and execute client renewal Service Agreements.
 Complete Client Service Report Cards.
 Request computer generated Service Agreements and Proposal Letters.
 Display a willingness to make decisions; include appropriate people in the decision making process.
