Batesville Tool & Die is an established 30 year old stamping company with a long history of manufacturing complex stampings and stamping assemblies. Our 3 shift operation produces some of the most technical parts and assemblies in the industry including blank, formed and deep drawn components. We retain a much diversified press listing of 36 stamping presses ranging from 50 ton to 1,200 ton which utilizes progressive and transfer die capability. We have a thorough list of value added operations that include but don’t limit us to spot, projection and mig weld operations using robotic equipment in many of the processes.
