Rosemount Center is a dual language (English and Spanish) Head Start/Early Head Start Center located in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, DC.

We serve more than 300 children and families each year and our program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Over seventy working community partnerships offer considerable resources and referrals to our families.

We serve pregnant mothers, infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children and their families in our center and home based programs. The majority of Rosemount’s families are at or below poverty level and many are immigrant families from Central and South America, China, and Ethiopia.

Rosemount offers a comprehensive program that includes parent involvement in creating an environment in the home that supports student learning.
