We are installing video cameras and a new front door with upgraded locks within the next couple months. We are the victims of continual vandalism, disruptive loitering and we need serious commitment from the Building Supervisor.

We will provide supplies for any jobs that need to be done, having your own tools will help us make your life easier. We currently offer a spacious one bedroom apartment for a discounted rate of $200 and the opportunity to fill vacant units with qualified lessees for 20% commission.
