Since Culmen’s inception in 2004, the primary focus of the business has been in providing technical, logistics and program management support, including advisory and assistance services (A&AS), to the U.S. Government in the execution of complex international security programs.  Our expertise within the area is focused in program management, acquisition support, procurement, logistics, training for military and law enforcement efforts in support of WMD Non-Proliferation.  Culmen has provided support for programs in 50 countries including the deployment of equipment and personnel.  Culmen has an exceptional track record providing acquisition support to DOS, DOD, DOE, DOJ, and DHS customers.  Culmen devises strategies and facilitates collaboration among agencies with overlapping mission responsibilities for both domestic and international missions.  They support U.S. Government delegations overseas by providing advance preparation of issue papers and talking points and contributing subject matter expertise essential for negotiations with foreign governments.  Culmen serves the U.S. Government as a thought leader and integrator in developing solutions to complex analytical and operations problems.
