Deb France founded Oh planning+design, architecture in 2004 as a full service architectural firm with unique qualifications in healthcare, higher education, master planning, programming, LEED consulting and public buildings.  We provide professional service to the Department of Veterans Affairs, State and City government, hospitals and schools.

Our name represents two of our key principles: Optimism and Health.  These are especially important in uncertain times of change and economic challenges.

Our team is personally committed to sustainable design solutions that reduce the impact of the built environment on natural resources, energy use, and waste.  We pay special attention to the selection of materials and how they are manufactured to reduce environmental impacts.
