No experience required. The candidate will be trained to complete any task according to A1 Pressure Washing's standards and procedures. After training the tech will begin receiving daily scheduled work orders, drive to the job sites and complete the assigned pressure washing task. Tasks are to be completed during an allotted time frame using a commercial hot water pressure washer and specific chemicals with the proper proportions. Moving obstacles like plants and porch chairs away from the immediate vicinity is also necessary. After each job, get the approval and 100% satisfaction of the customer. Receive the payment, take a break, and continue to the next job. Technician will stay in contact our office after each job to ensure there has been no change in the scheduling.
Upon finishing 20 jobs (four per day) without a "go back" the technician will will be raised to $15 per hour, 10% commission on onsite up-sales, plus tips.
Attention to detail is a must. Fluent English, valid drivers license, cell phone with voice (no texting), and reliable transportation is required.
We deal with the pubic on their own property and total respect for them is our primary rule so, drug, alcohol and phone addictions, need not apply.
