The role of banking surveyors is to determine the quality of customer service and to identify the areas that require improvement. Our surveyors assess the interpersonal skills of bank employees. We can then evaluate the sales effectiveness of platform and teller staff, by analyzing whether the bank staff listens to its customers, how friendly the tellers are, how much time it takes to get to a teller, and much more. from our surveyors reports, we also attempt to evaluate how knowledgeable the bank personnel is of the banks' products and services.
Banking surveyors use different techniques, such as face-to-face, telephone, postal, internet, and video assessments. With the face-to-face survey technique, we are able to evaluate the sales and service levels of all bank employees. Telephone calls also help the surveyors to judge whether the banking staff engages in courteous communications with its customers.
After evaluating the customer service and performance of bank employees, a report is submitted to the branch manager. This is used to measure the changes in performance over time. Reports provided by our banking surveyors include a comparison of branches within a banking network, as well as as a comparison of different banks within a region. These surveys are then used to provide recommendations to the bank manager on training and behavior modification.
