I have an established mobile food unit that I need someone to take over for me. The ideal person needs to be able to create menus from ingredients that will need to be sourced daily. The menus will need to be costed out and inventory will need to be tracked. You will need a strong cooking background and some management experience. You need to be able to think on the fly and halndle anything that arises. A clean driving record is a must and you will need to pass an initial drug screen as well as periodic screens. This will be a salaried position and the hours will be between 40 - 46 hours per week.

Right now we only work days, We might expand into some PM shifts, but not for a while. We also do private catering events so phone skills are necessary.

This job will be hard at first, but will be easy down the way.
