Testing Specialties Incoporated (TSI) was incorporated in 1984 as an independent HVAC testing and balancing company serving commercial building owners, general contractors and commercial building mechanical contractors.  TSI's core business includes independent building HVAC systems testing and balancing, commissioning, special testing, engineering peer review, building energy audits, building energy modeling and energy star certifications for corporate, governmental and no-governmental organizations throughout North America.
