Job Posting – Dripping Springs
Long- Term Part Time position at a private residence
· Looking for a property caretaker. Home is less than 5 years old, so it’s a maintenance vs constant repair role.
· 10-20 Hours/Week- Flexible Scheduling, Monday-Friday Preferred
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Yard Maintenance- Mowing the lawn, pruning, trimming, mulching, etc.
· House Maintenance- Changing air/water filters, reloading water softener, window/gutter cleaning, painting
Basic working knowledge/experience in carpentry, electrical and or plumbing preferred but not essential
Pay: $11/hr
