I am a third party recruiter for truck drivers.  I currently am representing positions for five different companies offering jobs in regional, otr, and local driving positions for dry van, reefer, and flatbed operators.  We make a small one time commission by recruiting qualified candidates for the companies we represent.  As a driver there is never a difference in job description or salary incurred for using our service.  Basically we help companies by weeding out unqualfied candidates and we help drivers by helping them find the driving jobs that best suit their needs.
