We are a award winning food truck in Seattle. (Winner of 2012 Best Food Truck--Seattle Weekly) We have been in operation since April 2012, and feature Cajun Food. Jemil Aziz is a well regarded Seattle Cajun chef and we started the business as two chef friends (both cooking instructors) to bring Jemil's Cajun to Seattle are folks. We have long lines and more business at the moment than we can accomodate, so we are looking for help to keep up with our caterings, and daily prep. Ideal candidate will have some food service prep experience, be organized, efficient and hard working, Also be willing to help with some of the things that aren't that fun, like cleaning the fryers!  We definately need someone with a car and license. Ideal candidate would be able to eventually drive the 23' food truck to various Seattle locations and learn to operate it independently.

We also have fun, so we are looking for someone who can laugh with us, as well! 

Pay is $12-14/hour depending upon experience, with tips and fuel allowance also. We travel to various location in Seattle area, and do our preparations near White Center.
