Having been in the staffing industry for over 20 years, it is hard for Lisa Oxenhandler to imagine doing anything else. Though she has witnessed a tremendous amount of change, the phenomenon that has not waivered is the pleasure she receives when introducing a candidate to a company where they go to work long-term. (There are several candidates still working with companies where Lisa placed them when she first came into the industry.)

Her personal mission is to help hiring managers find (direct hire, temp-to-perm or contract/temporary) employees of the highest caliber, while helping job seekers find the best employment they can ever imagine. She wants people to think of her when they – or anyone they know – are looking for a new position or a new staff member. It is Lisa’s desire that every person she works with realize she has their best interest at heart – promoting long-term relationships.
