Viper, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, was formed in September 2002. Viper employs approximately 15 engineers, plus support staff.

Viper's history of performance is based on six years of delivering advanced information technology services to Lockheed Martin. During that time, LM has contracted Viper for development of the F-35 Lightning II Autonomic Logistics Information System, the United Kingdom MOD Joint Asset Management & Engineering Solutions, and the United States Marine Corps' Embedded Platform Logistics System.
