Santa Cruz Port District is a municipal corporation and an independent California special district government responsible for the administration and operation of Santa Cruz Harbor. Santa Cruz Harbor is a coastal harbor of refuge, and home to approximately 1,000 wet-berthed vessels and 275 dry stored vessels.
